Bill Clinton smoked but didnt inhale, what about the glands in out mouths and nasal cavity which can take in as much cannabis to the blood as the lungs, then when he didnt inhale he passed it ON and didnt say who passed it to HIM!!!
THATS SUPPLYING!! DEALING!!! PERVERTING THE COURSE OF JUSTICE!!.......WORSE THAN THE ORIGINAL ACCUSATION OF BEING A POTHEAD!! :P
